Such orders should really be viewed as a single separate variation "M" (MISSING), but with sub-variations, just to reflect orders' base variation, and possibly "H", if the order was manually corrected (HAND-ENGRAVED). Since there could be 2 variations of hand-engraved mintmarks (“мондвор” and “монетный двор”), speciments with hand-engraved “мондвор” were assigned H1, and speciments with hand-engraved “монетный двор” were assigned H2.
